Meet Mrs. Sherry Stumpf! SKDS' School Administrator
Anyone who has visited St. Katharine Drexel School has most likely met Mrs. Sherry Stumpf, Administrator to Principal Linda Bechtol, and assistant to just about any other person who walks through the doors of our school. Those parents who have had the opportunity to meet her and work with her have only kind words to say… pleasant, genuinely helpful, and organized! Dedicated to her career, her family, and above all, God, Sherry grew up in Baldwin PA, where she resides still today with her husband, Joel, daughters Samantha and Danielle, along with 2 pets. Before joining SKDS, Mrs. Stumpf was the Administrator who went above and beyond for Nativity School students. She has been a catechist since 1993 and now substitutes as a CCD teacher when needed. She has been a life long parishioner of Nativity Parish and has been a Eucharistic Minister since 1998. When asked what she enjoys most about her career, she remarked that , “school families become my extended family.” “I loved that fact about Nativity, and I’m loving it here too. Family, friends, people in general, human life…those are the aspects I value. Our society teaches us that money and material possessions are a measure of your life’s value, but in actuality those possessions mean nothing if you live a lonely life. The staff, the children, and the families here at SKDS have been very welcoming, and I look forward to working with the “SKDS Family” for years to come.” If you have a question about anything concerning St. Katharine Drexel School, call Mrs. Sherry Stumpf at 412-833-0223.
